I work with men and women dealing with anxiety, stress, insomnia, relationship or work related challenges. My clients are bright, motivated and desire to improve themselves and their life. They are committed and engaged in our work together, with the goal of reaching more fulfillment and success in their work, relationships and life.


Going beyond traditional talk therapy, I work collaboratively with you to define, establish, track, and reach your goals. I actively and supportively listen, challenge negative or inaccurate beliefs, and help you get to the root of the issue. You’ll learn effective thinking and behavioral tools tailored to your particular needs, and even hone those techniques with customized “homework” outside of sessions. My proactive, skills-based approach stems from an unyielding commitment to help you move forward, make positive changes, and lead a happy, fulfilling life.


It’s incredibly rewarding to see my clients go from being stuck, struggling and uncertain, to overcoming their challenges and acquiring the confidence and tools to effectively manage their mental health and achieve their goals.

I want you to have a safe space to share what you’re struggling with, and then give you powerful tools to resolve that struggle. Just talking about your problems won’t get rid of them. You have to take action following a proven process that will lead you to success. I’ve worked with moms, grads, college students, war vets, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and pros from top tech firms and startups—including Facebook, Google, Square, Twitter, and more—on everything from time, stress and sleep management to career, relationships, and goal setting.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a collaborative, supportive approach to help you manage and resolve personal challenges. The process is active, focused, and goal-oriented, with the aim of helping you achieve your highest potential.

I’ve written and contributed to several books, including Stop Worrying And Go To Sleep. I’ve been widely quoted in publications and national media for my mental health expertise, including The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Fast Company, Reader’s Digest, Men’s Journal, and Shape.
