I work with busy professionals struggling with overwhelming stress, depression, anxiety, worry and working through life transitions. I work from a holistic approach, ensuring you experience a mind, body and spirit connection to restore balance into your life. Together we will look at all the areas in your life that are impacting you and decide what changes you want to see. Drawing upon my clinical expertise, I will guide you in therapy by using techniques that are rooted in evidence that work. I am excited to get to know you and work together so you can start seeing a change immediately in your life.

I help couples every day restore the love and connection in their relationships. We will work on the problems you are coming in to solve through role plays, and exercises and I will give you homework to practice at home. My goal is to help you understand what one another needs in the relationship so you can feel loved and connected to your partner.

My approach is warm, guided and patient. I want to know your story and help you identify the areas in your life that cause you overwhelming stress and that do not feel good to you. We will practice new ways for you to face your pain and achieve the goals you wish to see for yourself.

By creating new habits and increasing your self-awareness you begin to see the results from therapy. As a therapist, there is nothing I find more meaningful than connecting with people in therapy to help them release the pain and suffering in their life.

We will focus on tangible techniques to help you change the way you manage the stress and pain in your life for the long-term. Our work together will put you in the driver’s seat so that you can decrease your stress and increase joy and peace of mind. By practicing the skills together in therapy, you will create healthier habits to help you restore balance in your life, including feeling connected in your relationships.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge and my Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. Over the last 12 years, I have worked with people just like you, everyday, that struggle with pain and suffering in their life. I have helped people who have felt disconnected in their relationships, lost in their marriage, felt deep sadness after losing someone they love, or were living in chronic stress or fear.
