Our Therapists

As the leading San Francisco therapists for anxiety, stress, relationships and more, our team of over 50 clinicians provides individually tailored, evidence-based treatment approaches (such as cognitive behavioral therapy), with both in-person & online therapy options available for individuals, couples, children and groups.

Many online therapy practices are self-selected groups of generalists who pay for a listing. We’re different. We’re specialists selected by our Clinical Leadership Team. With thousands of clients and clinical hours under our belt, we practice and grow our skills together.

We facilitate lasting and effective relief from a variety of anxiety-related conditions – often when past therapies or medications have failed.

Do you take insurance?

We are in network with Beacon Insurance. We also offer superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

We also accept patients with Lyra and Modern Health benefits.

In all cases, it is advised to check with your insurance company about the terms of your coverage before obtaining services.

What does therapy cost?

Our standard rate for therapy ranges from $203 per hour (50 minutes face-to-face, 10 min. administrative) for our licensed associates to $350 per hour for our most senior associates. These rates are standard among licensed psychotherapists in California.

We offer therapy at $150 per hour for pre-licensed associates. These therapists have completed their postgraduate education, and are in the final stages of obtaining licensure. They are hand selected and supervised by our senior associates.

We can discuss sliding scale for patients with financial hardships on a case-by-case basis. Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.

How long will treatment last?

Treatment length varies with the nature of the treatment goals. The first step in therapy is to clearly define the problem and goals of treatment. After this, your therapist can estimate the length of treatment. Some people see improvement after a few sessions. Others choose to work on goals that involve a longer commitment.

What are your locations?

We offer in-person therapy in San Francisco and San Jose. We also offer online therapy to clients who are farther away or who simply desire a more convenient option.
