Another great workshop series is coming up. This time, it's about work. We all want to do work that's meaningful and fulfilling. For some of us, that means changing jobs. For others, it means changing the way we approach the job we have. In any case, we can come to understand and overcome the mental and emotional obstacles to making these changes. In this workshop, we will help you do just that.
Each 75-minute session of this weeknight series will incorporate education, experimental exercises, and work-at-home assignments. Over the course of eight weeks, you will learn and practice strategies to keep you on track toward the meaningful career that you have always wanted.
I will be co-facilitating this series with psychologist Marisa Mazza, Psy.D. Dr. Mazza has experience with adults and children in providing individual, family, and group therapy services. Dr. Mazza's utilizes an encouraging approach that focuses on highlighting ones strengths through cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness techniques.
